This module can help plan a corporate training program by devising suitable curriculum based on employee competency survey. Also, it can facilitate in resource planning, especially in succession plan, by devising curriculum for prospective successors.
The system can accommodate both internal and external training programs. The module’s working procedures are based on a user-determined workflow which usually includes requesting an approval for a training, informing related parties, preparing and sending a list of attendants, and recording important training details as well as expenses. Recording feature will be a great tool for generating a knowledge base within an organization.
