This module has been designed to facilitate employee performance appraisals, including 360 degree appraisal or top-down. The system can accommodate three kinds of performance measures: Key Performance Index (KPI), Competency, and Behaviors. The appraisal procedures are based on a user- determined workflow
This system will be linked to the training and time-attendance modules so as to improve an appraiser’s decision making which will result in more efficient salary adjustment. Not only recording appraisal results, this module can help a user process bonus payment based on various criteria determined by a user. Additionally, a user can use this module to perform a pilot salary adjustment using external benchmark. This will greatly benefit a corporate expenditure estimate.
